A Little Background

We will write about the differences between our generation and older generations (mainly boomers and Gen X). We will provide input about what we look for in a job and discuss current theories and articles written on the topic. Because of the nature of this topic, we encourage comments, feedback and suggestions. Hopefully we can spark some productive dialogue between the generations.
